Dr. Glenn Foss

Dr. Glenn Foss is the co-founder of Elite Sports Recovery, a state-of-the-art wellness center dedicated to helping athletes and individuals achieve peak performance and recovery. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Foss specializes in advanced therapies for chronic pain management and rehabilitation, ensuring patients regain mobility and enhance their quality of life.

Dr. Foss’s expertise lies in treating conditions such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and advanced spinal diseases through lumbar and cervical decompression therapy. His patient-centered approach has helped countless individuals recover from injuries and return to their active lifestyles.

In addition to spinal care, Dr. Foss has a strong interest in managing chronic knee pain caused by advanced degenerative and arthritic conditions. With the addition of innovative technology, such as knee decompression therapy, patients may have the option to delay invasive procedures

Dr. Foss’s dedication to comprehensive care extends to his work in anti-aging medicine as the co-founder of Elite Anti-Aging. Recognizing the role of hormone imbalances, inflammation, and dietary factors in overall wellness, he has developed programs that integrate bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone replacement, and personalized dietary guidance to help patients restore balance and achieve optimal health.

Dr. Christine Foss
MD, DC, MS.ED. ATC, DACBSP, DACRB, ICSC

Dr. Christine Foss has a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine from Old Dominion University, a Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer, a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board, and an Internationally Certified Sports Chiropractor. She was named the 2020 American Chiropractic Association Sports Council Chiropractor of the Year and the 2023 Federation of International Sports Chiropractic Educator of the Year.

Author of the book “Dissecting Sports Injuries of the Hip”, which has recently been released by Springer Publishing. 

Dr. Foss has had many experiences treating and rehabilitating athletes and non-athletes. She is the owner of Elite Sports Recovery Center in Bradenton, Florida. She worked in the Sports Medicine Department at the University of Notre Dame and volunteered at the Olympic Training Camps multiple times at different locations. She has worked at the World Games in Poland and Birmingham and the Bobsleigh World Championships.  She additionally traveled with Team USA Track & Field as medical staff and has worked extensively with men’s and women’s gymnastics. She has additionally worked alongside prominent surgeons in caring for and rehabilitating athletic injuries.  

Dr. Foss is an international lecturer on the topics of sports injury, assessment, treatment, and kinetic chain unwinding. Dr Foss finds particular interest in difficult cases and patients who have had little success with conventional care. She is currently the director and lead instructor of the Northeast Chiropractic College “Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician” program, the Director of Education and research for Foot Levelers, and a Master Instructor for the Federation Internationale de Chiropractique du Sport and faculty at the Camera Institute of Chiropractic Science.
